You will receive a framed tropical-themed Marriage Certificate and wedding leis as symbols of love. Having bartended receptions for many couples I've married, I can add a personal touch to your celebration.

Micro Weddings and Private Dinners
Prices will vary based on the number of guests and the specific wants for the event. KEB takes pride in collaborating with each client to tailor solutions that fit their needs and budget.
Dinner Party (12 Guests) would start at $850
Micro Wedding (25 Guests) would start at $1200
Wine and Beverage Tastings
Planning a wine, Beer, liquor, or cocktail tasting party? KEB is here to assist! We can provide customized forms for guests tailored to your theme, share insights about the selections you’re tasting, supply glassware, and handle all the bar setup to ensure an unforgettable experience. Includes gratuity (20%)
KEB POLICIES
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy allows you to cancel your event up to one month before the scheduled date without any penalty. However, if you cancel after this period, you will incur a penalty of 30% of the total balance. Cancelling two weeks before the event will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total balance, while cancelling one week before the event will mean losing the entire balance.
Island weather related issues will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
In an event that rescheduling is an option, you have a year window to use your non refundable deposit to book a date.
Booking Policy
Are you excited to book KEB for your event? Great! Just fill out the KEB Booking Form to get started. After receiving a quote and confirming KEB's availability, we will send you a confirmation booking form within 1-2 business days, and your reservation will be secured. You can book as far in advance as you wish. Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Then-25% of the remaining cost will be due one month before the event, and the final payment will be due two weeks before the event.
Last Minute Booking/Hustle Fee
Last minute bookings! If you need to book an event 72 hours/3 days away, you may be subject to a Hustle Fee. This fee is based on your needs and expectations for the event and what KEB needs to prep and prepare to make your event extraordinarily! KEB may charge a Hustle fee because events booked with short notice require us to expedite our planning and preparation process so your event goes smoothly! KEB will evaluate each last minute event case by case with our booking schedule as well. Payment will still be a 10% non refundable deposit at booking. Final payment is due within the next 24 hours.
KEB checks ID’s!
At Kauai Event Bartending, we take the responsible service of alcohol seriously. We understand the importance of checking identification to ensure that we do not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. We accept valid forms of identification, such as Driver’s License, Official State ID, Military ID, or Passports, as long as they are not expired. We want to remind our clients that in the State of Hawaii, it is illegal to provide alcohol to minors or allow them to consume or possess alcohol on your property. By following these laws and regulations, we can help ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all.
Holiday Booking Policy
During holidays such as October 31st, November 24th, and December 24th, 25th, and 31st, there is a 25% markup on package prices compared to regular rates. Additionally, KEB offers special items for these occasions.
